With Urban and Rural Planning Unit Class B Qualification, Qiansen created the concept of cycling and outdoor sports park. Committed to building a long-term system that integrates sports industry and tourism industry, Qiansen has also conducted the overall planning and sports technological design of  Tianjin Health Industrial Park, Shanghai Chongming Island Cycling Park, Yanqing Cycling-themed Park, Dushan Ecological Sports Fitness Leisure and Cultural Industry Park and other large comprehensive sports parks.

There are various sports and leisure facilities in the sports industrial park, such as professional and recreational cycling competitions, four-season skiing, water park, rock climbing, bungee jumping, ball games. It is also equipped with coffee shops, restaurants, sightseeing areas and other commercial facilities. The combination of sports tourism and services is beneficial to both culture and economy.

Dushan Ecological Sports Fitness Leisure and Cultural Industry Park is the major sports industry project initiated by Dalian Qiansen Sports Facilities Engineering Co., Ltd. and cooperated with local government. The project is located in Dushan Mountain Forest Park and surrounding villages and towns in Kuancheng County, Hebei Province.

The project sits in Dushan Mountain Forest Park and the surrounding areas. It is located in the Yanshan Mountains’ hilly areas in the east of Beijing, where the primeval forest vegetation and underground quality natural mineral water are pretty rich. It also has abundant rainfall and quality air. Besides, it is cool in summer and cold in winter. With land available at the foot of the mountain, it has advantageous natural environment, and is suitable to develop comprehensive emerging industry park that integrates sports, tourism, culture, leisure, health, pension, ecological agriculture and other industries. As a result, with efforts of all parties concerned, the government decided to build the Dushan Ecological Sports Fitness Leisure and Cultural Industry Park.

According to the plan and design, Dushan Ecological Sports Fitness Leisure and Cultural Industry Park is divided into Eastern Zone, Central Zone and Southern Zone, with a total area of 66.9 square kilometers.
